A fee of $1 per document applies. Payment is processed via Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your payment method.

All content, templates, and software provided as part of the Service are owned by PolicyGenie and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimers

The Service and generated documents are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. PolicyGenie makes no representations or guarantees regarding their completeness, accuracy, or suitability for your specific needs. You use these materials at your own risk.

Please note that while our AI engine produces and our legal team *reviews* core templates, not every document is individually attorney-vetted. Users must carefully review and adapt each document to their unique circumstances.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PolicyGenie be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or documents.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
